A Word from the Winemakers

After creating the Zazous cuvée in red, we needed its white counterpart. Unlike the red Zazous, we offer a blend with local grape varieties. The white Piquepoul comes to tease the beautiful Roussanne. Its name has several origins: from the late 1930s trend, an anti-conformist lover of jazz, a song by Brigitte Fontaine, and also the nickname of Anaïs.

Vinification

Night harvest, controlled fermentation until 1030 followed by barreling of a part. Blending after 4 months of aging.

Tasting

Rich and intense. Initial nose with citrus notes followed by aromas of ripe pineapple. Serve as an aperitif, with vegetarian terrines, small red mullets and crab, scallop skewers.
