In the range of friendly wines, I present Rosé Roséphine. To me, Rosé is a festive wine that pairs wonderfully with the flavors of spring. A blend of Syrah and Grenache Noir for the utmost pleasure of the taste buds. Its name, do you know Alain Bashung? He’s one of Yves' favorite singer-songwriters… So don't hesitate: Dare, dare Joséphine... all that's left is for you to sing while relishing it…

Vinification

Night harvest, the Syrah is bled, and the Grenache is pressed. Blending after fermentation.

Tasting

Expressive nose with raspberry, strawberry, red currant, pink pepper, and milk caramel. Tangy and indulgent palate. Serve chilled at 12 °C, perfect for an aperitif with friends, Mediterranean risotto, piquillos, and grilled dishes.
