Our roots
Situated between the “Bassin de Thau” and clay/limestones hills, our land extends to 30 hectares of vineyards, grouped around the estate. The Mediterranean climate allows the grapes to mature fully and further develop their characteristics during the winemaking process.
A stream crosses the vineyard, its banks covered with a wide variety of shrubs which help maintain biodiversity. We respect and work in harmony with nature and the environment. Mechanical weeding is preferred to the use of chemicals. On certain plots, every second row is grassed over.

Decidedly atypical, more aromatic and less dry than that found in the appellation of origin.

This wine comes from one of our plots selection of white Piquepoul : grape variety typical of our terroir.

Desir blanc, the essential
Viognier, Sauvignon, Roussanne and Muscat – 13.5% vol

A blend known for its explosive aromas, a classic in our range.

A very expressive ‘cuvée’, seductive and fruity, with a great liveliness and a delicate sweet finish

Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache.

Half-muid breeding for the syrah and the grenache. In dolia for the mourvedre. Deep robe with purple nuances. Fresh, spicy and mineral. Nose of red fruits with notes of black pepper and graphite.The grape varieties are vinified separately, daily punching down. Elegant mouth and silky tannins
